As the world faces the challenge of a changing climate, understanding the underlying causes is critical to developing sustainable urban environments. Join CMU faculty members Erica Cochran Hameen (A 2009, 2014) and Ryan Sullivan to learn how they’re improving our understanding of and response to climate change through environmental chemistry and green design.
Erica Cochran Hameen, assistant professor of architecture, will discuss her research on developing solutions to create sustainable, healthy, and energy efficient schools, office buildings, cities, and public spaces.
