Adjunct Sarah Rafson, founder of Point Line Projects, recently authored the article Spotlight on Pittsburgh’s Women-Owned Firms for AIA Pittsburgh’s COLUMNS in honor of International Women’s Day this past Friday 08 March. The article features School of Architecture faculty Dana Cupkova, co-founder of Epiphyte Lab; Jennifer Lucchino, co-founder of Inter*ARCHITECTURE; and Christine Mondor, co-founder of evolveEA.

For National Women’s Month, AIA Pittsburgh is partnering with Point Line Projects to highlight some of the women architects and designers making an impact in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Coming up, AIA Pittsburgh will look at the comeback of Women in Design Pittsburgh, revisit Pennsylvania’s first registered woman architect, and highlight emerging practitioners to watch. Join the conversation all month long on social media with the tag #AIAPghWomensMonth.
