ACADEMIC ADVISOR FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS
The Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) School of Architecture (SoA) seeks a thorough, detail-oriented individual to perform as an Academic Advisor for our Graduate Programs. The advisor provides information, advice, and counsel about course scheduling and matriculation requirements for our seven graduate degree programs. Advising, as part of the education process, involves helping students transition to graduate study by offering encouragement, respect, and assistance in establishing individual goals and objectives. The Graduate Academic Advisor will report to the Head of School.

ASSISTANT SHOP DIRECTOR
The Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) School of Architecture (SoA) seeks a thorough, detail-oriented individual to perform as a full-time Assistant Shop Director. This position will report to Shop Director Jon Holmes and will be responsible for supervising the general use of the School of Architecture's shop by undergraduate and graduate students, staff, and faculty of the School of Architecture. A quarter of the time for this position will support the functioning of the School of Architecture's Design Fabrication (dFAB) Lab. This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours and is eligible for full-time benefits. Work will be performed during late-day/evenings and weekends from August to May. Schedule can vary over the summer months.

MARKETING & OUTREACH MANAGER
The Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) School of Architecture (SoA) seeks a thorough, detail-oriented individual to assist with the SoA’s marketing and outreach efforts on a full-time basis. This position will report to the Head of School and work closely with staff working across Communications, Student Recruitment/Admissions, and Alumni Relations to strengthen and promote the reputation of the school nationally and internationally.
