ASSISTANT OR ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURES

The School of Architecture (SoA) at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Architectural Structures. Teaching for this position will include fundamental instruction in structural design for pre-professional architects and advanced courses related to areas of research and in support of our MS and PhD of Architecture-Engineering-Construction Management (AECM) programs.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN COMPUTATIONAL DESIGN

The School of Architecture (SoA) at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area of Computational Design. We seek multidisciplinary candidates whose research and scholarship mobilizes computational ideas and methods critically towards material, environmental, and/or socio-economic challenges in architecture, design, and the built environment.
