In conjunction with the exciting Fall 2017 Lecture Series ahead, we will continue the successful discussion series called BACK2FRONT which debuted this past spring semester.
This cycle of conversations between students and faculty will center on the ideas around the upcoming fall lecture series, giving us the opportunity to better understand the context of the work, to prepare incisive questions for the event, and to connect the ideas to current concerns.
For each B2F discussion there are critical readings and links to writings or lectures by the upcoming guest lecturer available on the corresponding lecture page on the SoA website. Each of the B2F discussions will be led by two faculty members and two students and accompanied by coffee and cake.
