Collaborative Project Between Phipps and CMU Architecture Students Grows Plants Outdoors in Winter

CMU architecture students created hoop houses as part of a collaborative project with the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Teams of students designed each of the unique structures, which are helping a variety of edible plants grow throughout the winter.
